WaveMaker Powers Composable Experiences for Modern Enterprises with a New Platform

WaveMaker 11 offers a low-code way to add composability to software and create differentiated experiences on the web and mobile.

PLANO, TEXAS, November 30, 2022 -- WaveMaker, globally recognized for its open, developer-friendly low-code product, announced the release of WaveMaker 11—a new composable experience platform for large enterprises and independent software providers looking to accelerate transformation.

The new WaveMaker platform enables professional and citizen developers to collaborate, define, build and compose end-to-end web and native mobile experiences, using a composable application architecture.

“Enterprises and large software providers are adopting a composable approach to bring new componentized business capabilities to life quickly, as they transform to compete effectively in the future,” says WaveMaker Chief Commercial Officer, Vikram Srivats. “WaveMaker 11 provides the last crucial link of this proverbial chain of transformation by enabling the creation of composable, customizable, and embeddable experiences in a fast, easy, secure, and cost-effective way. ”

WaveMaker 11 fully supports React Native technology, enabling mobile app developers to compose truly native, rich, cross-platform apps at speed. WaveMaker’s experience components, called Prefabs, are interoperable across web and mobile, allowing flexibility and reusability across the enterprise application landscape. Developers can use the new API Composer Toolkit to orchestrate business capabilities and create “Experience APIs” which form the foundation of composable experiences.

Bart Oeyen, Head of Department, IT, Colruyt Group, says, “WaveMaker has increased our productivity and plays an important role in our Rapid Application Development framework. The business is extremely happy with the outcomes. App user interfaces are well-designed, we have clean functionalities, and a really fast development curve. The cost is low and the speed is high, we plan to give WaveMaker a more prominent position in our application development roadmap.”

WaveMaker 11 offers a host of other differentiated features and accelerators such as Flex Layout Widgets, pagination for imported APIs, mock API creation, debugging tools, MTLS for REST APIs, and a multi-version developer studio to create a modern and accelerated environment for software development.

WaveMaker continues to deliver the best developer experience, empowering customers and the developer community with speed and scale.
