Culture defines

At WaveMaker, we believe software platforms should be intuitive and open, and that holds true for the people building the software too. Thousands of application developers across the globe build with WaveMaker to deliver powerful enterprise web applications. Our goal is to equip these enterprise application builders and augment their efforts through our platform. We are coders, creating value for other coders.

WaveMaker, originally from VMWare, joined the Pramati family in 2013. In the past two decades, we’ve learned a few important things about running and growing a technology company. We know that culture is what makes the difference between success and failure, and also that success is an externally perceived bounded metric, while satisfaction is internal and is unbounded. If we are not satisfied, success is immaterial. This is at the core of Pramati, and something that WaveMaker identifies strongly with.

We are always looking for – because they are hard to find – curious individuals driven by authenticity, openness, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
