Sutter had joined their board of directors as an independent board member. Jim is the former CIO of Xerox Corporation and Rockwell International. In his role as Senior Partner at the Peer Consulting Group (www.peergroup.net), Jim helps facilitate CIO Roundtables and provides CIO consulting services.
