The 6.2.2 DevBuild is now available. We improved the Theme feature and provided Templates that integrate with themes. You’ll notice these features when you create a new project. The New Project dialog allows you to specify a project theme (the styling and formatting to be used in the project) and a template (an initial layout of widgets in the app). Of course, you can change or override the theme and the template after you’ve created the project.
The DojoGrid has been in WaveMaker for awhile but has been dramatically improved in WaveMaker 6.2. DojoGrid is now instantiated when you drag a data object from the palette. 6.2.2 provides simpler control of the properties of DojoGrid. Right-click on a DojoGrid to see the new configuration dialog, which includes column formatters among other options. 6.2.2 allows you to display a dialog that provides the grid content in .csv format.
6.2.2 improves upon other features that are part of 6.2.x, including dialogs and LiveForms.
We continue to strive to make WaveMaker easier to use and to provide more feedback. If you use PageContainers you’ll notice an “Open Page” option that allows you to immediately open the page that is displayed within the PageContainer. You’ll also notice we’ve begun to use the dialogs now available, including toast messages when you save your project.
We are approaching Feature Freeze for 6.2.x. The 6.2.2 DevBuild is likely the final DevBuild as we progress to Beta and GA.
One limitation in this DevBuild is that Studio does not run in IE. Apps built with the 6.2.2 DevBuild will run in IE7, 8, and 9. IE issues will be corrected as we progress to Beta and GA.

I recommend you review the WaveMaker 6.2 Release Notes to see the full list of features added in 6.2.x. Jira is also a good source of information. Thus far more than 140 Jira issues have been fixed in 6.2.x, with more to come.
